Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

This person’s mother was renting from a lunatic who attempted to kill her. While the OP was staying over with their mom, they pulled a bottle of what seemed like water out of the fridge and drank. They immediately spit it out after realizing that it wasn’t water. It was ammonia.

Nobody admitted to putting it there. Not the mom, nor the OP’s sister. The only reasonable conclusion they could come to was that a person who had the key to the apartment had placed it there in an attempt to kill the mom. Hopefully, they reported the incident to the police.
