Landlords have the right to make changes to the property. This includes undergoing large development projects like repairing decks or adding more rooms. However, it’d be nice if property owners could at least tell their tenants that something’s going on. You know, so that they don’t accidentally walk into scaffolding on their way to work.
Here, you can see how dangerous it is when a landlord doesn’t notify their tenants. This guy had just stepped out of his apartment building, only to realize that he could’ve fallen a million feet underground. Thankfully, he took the other door of the two-door entrance. If he hadn’t, nobody would’ve seen or heard from the OP ever again.
