Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

We’ve read story after story of landlords ignoring leaky roofs, so it’s nice to see a landlord take matters into their own hands. However, this landlord probably took it a bit too literally. Instead of hiring a professional repairman to fix the ceiling, they did it with their own two hands.

This has got to be the jankiest ceiling-repair job we’ve ever seen. A system of funnels and tubes redirect water from the roof to the window, keeping the room relatively dry. They say that if it looks stupid but it works, it’s not stupid. Well, we’re not sure whether that’s the case here.
