Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

There’s no way anyone can call this landlord “unhelpful.” At least their responding to complaints, even though their response hasn’t actually solved the problem. The tenant complained that the shower nozzle was clogged, so the landlord came over and installed another shower head. When that one clogged up, the landlord came yet again with another shower head and put that in.

Fixing the pipes would’ve been a lot easier and cheaper than redirecting pipes to new shower heads. This is most likely a case of calcium buildup, but what do we know? This is why apartment complexes should have professional maintenance men on hand.
