Leaving it a bit late
We’ve certainly evolved into a society of complainers. It appears that we enjoy complaining to businesses and brands online, and the business will be on the end of their toes to assist us.
This is, of course, an illustration of when a firm is unable to assist you — and this is one of those situations. That’s when JetBlue has a plane that can transport them back in time and remove the cash bar, allowing the two to fall in love a bit more.
