Fathers Are Parents Too
The Baby Care Room is a space where caregivers can take care of the needs of newborns, toddlers, and even younger children. It’s a designated area to change diapers, play, and prepare liquids and meals. Often, mothers use this area to feed their babies or pump milk.
The Parents’ Room is another name for it. Fathers who take their children to the “parents” area to change their nappies while out and about are frequently met with nasty glares from the moms. Some fathers have been escorted from the room and referred to horrible names.
