Passion or Emotions?
The idea that women are “oversensitive” is one of the numerous deterrents to women ascending to leadership roles. Many women who are aware of this attitude have made a deliberate decision to avoid being labeled as “crazy” or “troublesome.”
Anger, like any other feeling, has its own unique set of symptoms. On the other hand, nobody considered him “psychotic.” When a guy storms out of a room because he’s furious, that’s how it’s done. In this scenario, a lady storming out of the office is insecure and unprofessional.
