Employees at Walmart must have to be ready to answer the widest range of questions from customers all day long. Sure, you have your department, but if a customer wanders up to you in the ammunition section and asks about flour then you at least need to know where to point them.
Even when you’re in your own department, though, the questions can be a little mystifying. Imagine being the server in the meat department who has to explain to an adamant shopper that they don’t sell turkey ribs, and why it would be a terrible idea if they did. I’m more than a little curious as to what he was trying to make for supper.
