Currently, there are many doubts out there which claim that if you only eat a single type of food, you’ll lose weight. And sure, that’s true – but you’ll also catch a ton of diseases, too! Eating only one type of food won’t give you anywhere near enough nutrients that your body requires.
Only eating carbs will cause organ failure, while only eating vegetables can actually make your heart shrink. Equally, only eating meat causes a huge lack of Vitamin C. Only human milk or other mammalian milk can give you everything you need – but I wouldn’t try surviving on a diet of only that!
