The Truman Show
Recently, a few people on social media have argued that The Truman Show should really be branded as a horror film instead of a satirical comedy-drama. After all, if you think about it, the film is pretty darn terrifying – a whole world where you’re being watched and everyone you know is an actor?
That seems like something out of the TV show Black Mirror instead of a comedy film! However, on the positive side, something like The Truman Show just couldn’t exist for many reasons. The biggest one is that it would be a legal minefield and violate a ton of human rights.
