Living in a museum
In many ways, the White House is very much like a museum that needs to be looked after and cared for constantly so it doesn’t fall apart. There are pianos, paintings, pieces of furniture, and so on that need to be maintained regularly. It’s cool living in a functioning museum, but it sounds like a lot of work.
The first family actually has a responsibility to look after everything and make sure it is all well-kept. That’s right, not only are you supposed to run the country, but you need to make sure all the sculptures are waxed and shining bright. Who would have thought it could get this difficult?
