Making it to any professional sports league requires a lot of dedication. But it also requires a strong support system. As such, it is common for athletes to give back to their closest allies once they make it to the big leagues. After all, most of their families have sacrificed everything to support their dreams!
The Houston Texans player DeAndre Hopkins found a special way to reward his blind mother for all the faith she put in him while he was up and coming. During one of his games, he found her in the front row of the audience and gave her a ball. It’s safe to say that she was quite proud of what her son accomplished and happy to experience his gratitude.
