We’ve all had those days when life is just too overwhelming. But for some people, that feeling becomes all-consuming, and their mental health declines as a result. When you can barely get out of bed in the morning, the last thing you want to do is clean your room. But, ironically, that’s the one thing that might lift your mood.
Well, this person woke up one day and decided they wanted to fight against the negativity they were feeling. They put in several hours of work to clean their room, and absolutely knocked it out of the park! What a great first step towards feeling better and more in control.
