Never Mix Natural Peanut Butter by Hand Again
When it comes to peanut butter, the all-natural kind is best– not to mention healthier for you. Store-bought varieties are often chock-full of sugar and artificial flavors. However, homemade PB has a tendency to separate over time, leaving an icky layer of oil on top of a solid chunk of buttery goodness at the bottom.
The solution to this problem is actually quite simple. Just store the jars of peanut butter in your cupboard so they are lying down. This way, when you pick them up to use them, they will already be mixing naturally without you having to stir them manually. Just don’t forget to wedge them in between other things, or you will end up with a smashed jar that needs cleaning.
