Life Imitates Art
If you never saw the 2012 hit film Django Unchained, then you’re missing out! This next entry probably won’t make much sense to you, either. In the film, Stephen represents an enslaved person who has become brainwashed by prejudicial ideas and thinks he is superior to the other enslaved people in the house.
Stephen will do anything for his master, even though he thinks very little – if anything – of Stephen. He is happy to get enslaved people punished and cause problems for several other individuals due to his outbursts. This sounds like a rather familiar person, don’t you think? Life really does imitate art.
