One of the biggest fears of any new convict is the idea of spending all their time near dangerous criminals. But it turns out that having murderers for roommates is not as nerve-wracking as you might expect. In fact, this inmate found a surprising amount of peace and friendship during their sentence, despite living in close quarters with convicted killers.
Evidently, spending time in prison can simplify one’s life. Without the pressure of bills, work, and the stressors of daily life, prison can give some a newfound sense of stability, even if their cellmates have a history of violence.
