Usually, this happens when I’m in a rush, or when the mailman knocks on the door unexpectedly and I have to hobble across the carpet. Spilling the bottle of nail varnish, or smearing your painted nails on something is so disappointing. 

All you need to clear it up is a microfiber cloth and some rubbing alcohol. Gently wet the stain, and dab at it with the cloth. Off it comes as if it never even happened! Now you just have to repaint your toenails and it will all be fine.
