This one feels like a personal attack, it hit a little bit too close to home. Sleep is very important to us. We love our sleep and need to ensure we get enough sleep so that we can be delightful human beings and not monsters the next day.
With that being said, we can admit that we may sometimes embody sleeping beauty a little too closely and need a few alarms to wake us up. We set some alarms to go off before the real alarm that’s supposed to wake us up. These are prep alarms that help prepare our brains and bodies for the real deal.
