Greedy Management Creates A Toxic Workspace; Workers Share Images

January 26, 2012 by Jade Parker

Nothing Is worse than having to deal with a bad management team. They cam make a stressful workday even more stressful, ruin any outing, and make your life a nightmare. We have had to deal with at least one insane manager with a Napoleon complex. They impose their nonsensical rules only to change them all right after. Here are some of the examples of bad management that I came across that I felt needed to be shared. These management teams have gone above and beyond when it comes to creating some of the most interesting rules that I have ever seen. They will have you asking yourself what really goes on behind the scenes of any establishment.

Wait Your Turn

It’s nice to see that management is taking social distancing seriously. Now you must wait your turn to scream and cry in the freezer. It begs the question; was this a group thing before? Were there people coming together to scream and cry in the freezer? I’m sure that is one good way to make friends on the job.

It also makes me wonder just how bad this place of business is that management felt the need to make this new rule? Are these screaming and crying breaks a daily event or more of a monthly thing? From now on there will be a long line of stressed-out employees outside of this freezer.
