In ‘93, the artist, formerly known as Prince, changed his name to a symbol of love. Apparently, this confused many people, including those who made this T-shirt in honor of the pop/rock icon. They didn’t have the symbol for love, so they guessed Michael Jackson instead. A good try, almost, but not quite. 

A lot of misprints wind up at the thrift store. If you ask us, mistakes can make a product even better or more funny. This thrift find is a good example of that. It’s funny because people often compared Prince and Michael Jackson back in the day. We’re all baffled at how several departments of people let this major detail slip.
