Going through attics is a surefire way to find long-lost items. In this case, this person came across a notebook dated over 100 years in the past. The notebook appears to belong to the Alpha Portland Cement Company, a company that went belly-up just 10 years ago.

Unfortunately, the notebook was completely blank. The owner didn’t leave hidden messages that predicted the fall of the company in 2010, nor did they leave their secret cement recipe. That’s probably for the best, seeing as how the company is no longer operating. Still, it’d be nice if the notebook contained a few nuggets of wisdom, like “SELL YOUR SHARES NOW!”
