Despite their similar appearances, bears and dogs do not have a direct relationship. The fact that they can’t breed to create a new hybrid animal clarifies a common misunderstanding regarding their relationship. In fact, the two species have a different number of chromosomes. Even so, they do have a similar appearance at times.
While this dog might seem like a little bear cub, you can calm down now because it is actually a dog. This is actually a Newfoundland puppy.
