Cruise Expectations Of A Great Holiday VS Reality

Believe it or not there is an expectation when it comes to pirates as well. We sure can romanticize just about anything, can’t we? When you think of pirates, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Is it Captain Hook? Or maybe Blackbeard? What about Captain Crunch? 

Odds are that it will be more like Captain Jack Sparrow because who wouldn’t imagine Johnny Depp in every situation possible. I know I always do. He is the person I expect to see when I go to the grocery store and I am always disappointed when he isn’t the cashier. So what do pirates actually look like? Are they anywhere at all close to Johnny Depp?
