50 Times Influencers Went a Little Too Far

Followers were appalled when self-confessed “lovers, adventurers, dreamers” Catalin Onc and Elena Engelhardt of “another_beautiful_day_official,” started a GoFundMe page to raise €10,000 for a tandem cycling trip to Africa. The description on the page spoke about how they want to take everyone on this adventure with them and show them the beauty and ugliness of the planet.

With 40.4k followers, they’re obviously huge influencers who make enough money. Even if they don’t, asking strangers to sponsor a vacation is simply unacceptable. We’re not the only ones to think so as plenty of people criticized them for this post. Someone even commented that they should grow up and earn their own money. We couldn’t agree more!
