How Did That Get There? Mind Baffling Things

I can imagine how this picture happened. There is a bridge across the road, and a man crosses it, continuing his journey. As he continues to walk, he notices something strange, and turns around to see a car that appears to be stuck in the floodwater. The scene is actually quite simple. There’s a road, a bridge, and a river. 

Then it gets a little weirder when he sees that a car is stuck under water, and large group swans are swimming around it. The swan on the right is looking at the camera, while the other swan is looking away. I guess someone was camera shy. It makes such a serene picture.
