Don’t Challenge the Will
It can be tough to decide who gets what when you pass on, especially if you want to write someone out of your will. But fear not, my friends, for there is a loophole in the murky waters of inheritance law. All you have to do is slip in a little clause that says something like, “I leave my beloved child/spouse the sum of $5 on the condition that they do not challenge this will.”

It should probably be more than $5, but you get the idea. It’s like a legal bribe, and who wouldn’t want to be five bucks richer? Plus, if they accept the paltry sum and don’t challenge the will, you get the last laugh from beyond the grave. It’s a win-win situation, really. We hope it doesn’t get to that point, but it’s good to know.
