Allowing Other People’s Perceptions of Your Eating Habits to Affect You is Not Recommended.
If you hear someone say that they’d want to become vegan but are unable to give up their favorite meals, you’re not alone in your feelings. This is partly because some individuals are unduly judgmental of comparable circumstances, which contributes to the problem. Isn’t it true that you can’t declare yourself a vegan while still eating cheese?
If you maintain eating your favorite meals, isn’t it feasible to reduce or eliminate your consumption of foods that you don’t like? In any event, it would still be meaningful and have an influence even if that were the case. To put it another way, do not allow somebody to make you feel bad about yourself because you did not achieve your objectives to the utmost degree possible.
