L.A. Stands For Late Again
As a person who always tries to be on time at meetings and meetups, it is a very big pet peeve of mine when people are late, deliberate or not. Being early shows that you respect other people’s time, and by being late, you are wasting other people’s time by making them wait for you and starting the meeting late.
However, there are cases where it is totally understandable, especially if you are living in Los Angeles. The traffic here is absolutely terrible. Tourists usually don’t know this and eventually get stuck in heavy traffic. If you plan to drive, leave your starting point earlier if you want to arrive at your destination on time.
