Asian countries also make great tourist destinations. Aside from the Philippines’ white sand beaches of Boracay and Palawan, or the Jeju Island of South Korea, Taiwan also prides itself on its own tourist destinations. Not to mention its own capital, Taipei, which seems to be very busy from day till night.
This is one of the biggest mistakes that tourists make when visiting Taiwan – either they only go to Taipei or the west coast. The locals suggest that you visit the east coast because it is absolutely magical. They have picturesque destinations but prices that are significantly lower compared to Taipei. Plus, the public transportation is so accessible that you can easily move from one place to another.
