#14: Never Forget
September 11, 2001, was a tragic day for US citizens across the country, and most of us remember where we were when we found out what was happening. 2,763 people died in the attack on the World Trade Center, and survivors carry stories they will never forget. There are also people who were supposed to be at the World Trade Center that morning, but by some twist of fate avoided being there when the planes crashed.
Someone shared that they missed the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center because they happened to be out of the building right when it happened. They were having a normal day at work and would have been in one of the buildings at any other point in time. For whatever reason, whether you believe it was fate or chance, they were outside running an errand in the city during those initial minutes of the attack.
