#43: It’s all About 3’s
If there’s anyone who knows anything about surviving in the wilderness, it’s professional adventurer Bear Grylls. He shared this tip online, so we better memorize it. The rule of 3 should be a well-known rule in every outdoorsman’s guidebook. It may not be 100% accurate in every situation, however, take it from Grylls – it is a close enough rule to keep you alive while trying to survive in the wilderness.
The rule of 3 is a very simple way to remember how to keep yourself alive and healthy while surviving outdoors. You cannot survive without 3 minutes of air, 3 days without water, and 3 weeks without food.
