Here’s a fun fact: the average person needs about half a gallon (or two liters) of water every day to keep their body functioning properly. Not only is it essential for our health, but water also does wonders for our skin!
You’ll find all sorts of people telling you to drink a lot of water if you’re looking to get skin as clear and smooth as a celebrity. What they don’t tell you, however, is that when you drink so much water, you might end up spending half your day in the bathroom!
