What quarantine did to us
Let’s be honest; we all struggled during the pandemic. With everything shutting down all over the world and being forced to stay home all the time, it was hard to come up with the motivation to do anything.
Sadly, this applied to working out and eating healthy as well. With gyms being closed, not many people could stay in shape. Besides, staying at home and lazing around all day didn’t help either. The only thing we got from this was a few extra pounds and a whole lot more stress.
