Some people live to make others’ lives somewhat more miserable than they already are. It isn’t completely clear as to why people choose to do these sorts of things, but for some reason it makes them feel alive inside.

Confusing your neighbors on bin day, although hilarious, is also just kind of mean. I guess they could also check what day is what and not just go along with the color of their neighbor’s bins, but neighbors generally trust their neighbors.
