Extra-Credit Otter
On the first meeting of a university class, you should make sure to read the syllabus thoroughly. That way, you’ll always be prepared for next week’s lesson. Of course, nobody actually reads the syllabus, and even if they do, they still don’t prepare. That’s university life for you!
This lecturer decided to be creative with the syllabus. They added a clause in the syllabus that said you would receive extra credit if you sent an image of an otter via email. That’s a clever way to determine which students actually pay attention in class and which who don’t.
