#11: Balcony
It’s terrible the things that hotels can falsely advertise so they can fool guests into paying more for rooms. Technically, they are being truthful, but they are also incredibly misleading. Hopefully, guests who were hoodwinked leave honest reviews. That would alert other guests not to get their hopes up too high.
This balcony, for example, is a perfect example of hotel owners misleading their guests. It’s highly probable that guests were looking forward to relaxing on the patio during their stay. So it was probably very disappointing for this guest when she realized she couldn’t even step a full foot onto her balcony.
