#18: The Can Can
So many common products have become overly simplified, taking away the pride of a hard day’s work. Does it really hurt that much to twist the knob on a can opener or push mower your lawn without itself propelling up and down each row?
We all know these inventions make tedious tasks easier to tackle, but is it necessary? Honestly, it is better for everyone to put in a little effort with simple technology than spend the money purchasing, maintaining, and replacing high-tech, less reliable options. Quick fixes are not always the best solution.
