If you aren’t already aware, there are several types of crocodiles: American, Saltwater, Marsh, Nile, Morelet’s, Dwarf, Cuban, Philippine, and West-African Slender, just to name a few. They’re not to be confused with alligators or caymans, however. Crocodiles are an entirely different type of reptile, though they look similar.
