Banishing Stains from Fabrics
Dinner mishaps leading to stained tablecloths are frustrating, but vinegar comes to the rescue again. Unlike its use for polishing silver, vinegar now heroically lifts those pesky stains off our cherished table covers.
To eliminate these blemishes, blend warm water, two tablespoons of vinegar, and one tablespoon of dish soap. Apply this mixture to the fabric for ten minutes. Afterwards, dab gently with a clean cloth or sponge until the material looks pristine. Presto—restored to its former glory!
