#12: I’m Not the Bad Guy Here
There is no denying that going to any kind of therapy can be a stressful and daunting experience for anyone that has never done it before. And whilst it is completely legitimate to feel such things before or even during a session, it is important to give your therapist the respect they deserve.

And we would say that calling your therapist names and getting mad at them when they are trying to diffuse a situation between you and your partner is quite distrustful. There is space for everyone in therapy to feel scared and overwhelmed and act accordingly. However, treating your therapist like this is not acceptable.
