Naptime Is Heaven
We all know the importance of sleep. You can’t function at your best in the morning if you haven’t gotten at least eight hours of sleep. In fact, the more sleep you can pack into your day, the better off you’ll be. So, while at work, try and fit in a few hours of shut-eye to preserve your mental health.
If we could take back all the hours of naptime we missed as kids, we would. It’s outrageous to think that naptime is only for babies when everyone needs multiple quick naps throughout the day. In fact, we’re writing this after waking up from our afternoon nap!
