Time is perhaps the most important resource we have, so the fact this person took so much of his time to write this down, print it out and put it on this car says a lot.

His explanation is quite clear, and he even added an illustration, to make things even clearer. The bad parker should probably thank him – he saved him the trouble of taking a refreshing course or a couple of classes on parking. He can even leave this note in his gloves compartment and take it out whenever he needs to park his car, just to refresh his memory.
