Never gossip ever. It doesn’t matter that you don’t have anything else to talk about. If you find yourself in a situation where you have to talk about someone else, make sure you only talk about their good qualities. That way, you won’t get sucked into unnecessary office politics and ridiculous accusations of workplace loyalty.
