Not a Place for Babies
Recently, a dissatisfied New Yorker has overheard grumbling while dining out. He wasn’t complaining about the food or the service, though. He decided to gripe about something utterly unrelated to him: a baby who was screaming several tables away from him.
He asked loudly who would bring a baby to New York City as if it were a stupid thing to do. We have some breaking news for you, sir. Children and families are present everywhere; please accept my apologies. Unless you’re the parent, you can do nothing about it, so suck it up and go with the flow.
