Amusing Overheard Conversations in NYC That Made Us Raise an Eyebrow

If you’ve ever visited a Trader Joe’s in New York, you’ll know that the checkout line is like no other. Some Trader Joe’s shops have queues so long that one person will wait while the other shops just to save time! With all of this standing around and waiting, people will overhear some hilarious things. He most likely wanted to avoid drawing attention to himself, but he didn’t do an excellent job.

He was overheard telling someone that he couldn’t at the moment explain how to launder money. Why? He didn’t say it because he didn’t know- in any way. He couldn’t talk about it on the phone because he was in line at Trader Joe’s. After all, isn’t he a respectable, upstanding guy?
