Nikkie de Jager is most well-known for her viral YouTube channel “Nikkie Tutorials.” After she came out as transgender in an emotional video, she was invited to be on the Ellen show and had a few things to say about her experience. According to her, Ellen was distant and cold when the cameras weren’t running and the friendly atmosphere you see on TV isn’t the reality in the studio. 

Apparently, Ellen didn’t even greet Nikkie backstage and she had to deal with a grumpy intern which made the whole experience very negative. Of course, she was still grateful for the opportunity to speak about her life but the episode has left a bitter taste in her mouth.
