Mailmen Share Strange and Comical Moments on the Job

They say that dogs are man’s best friend, but there’s a pretty huge asterisk that everyone forgets to add. Dogs hate mailmen with a vengeance. Luckily, most dogs’ barks are worse than their bites, but that doesn’t mean a dog won’t lunge at you from out of nowhere. That’s what this poor person experienced, but thankfully, he made it out mostly intact.

A huge German shepherd broke out of its metal fence and backed the guy into a corner. A 3- or 4-year-old girl tried to restrain the dog but placing his bag between himself and the dog proved to be more effective. In the end, the guy escaped with a punctured fingernail.
