Nobody’s going to enjoy your TOP NOTCH presentation
Believe it or not, PowerPoint is proven to be ineffective at grasping people’s attention. The best thing you can do for your audience is to give every person a copy of your materials. And even then, there’s no guarantee that they’ll even pay attention to what you’re saying.

Now, imagine attending a meeting where the speaker has a 200-slide presentation ready. You can practically feel all the air getting sucked out of the room by the attendees’ inward groans. The commenter has a point: nobody’s going to be immersed in the speaker’s content, especially if it takes from morning to evening to finish. Keep things short and simple.
