A Venetian Courtship Emotes Feelings
Eugene de Blaas, also known by the names Eugene von Blaas or Eugenio Blaas, is an Italian painter born in Venice. His artworks are usually scenes in Venice, but his works also include portraits and religious paintings. Some of his works include Conversions of the Rhætians by St. Valentine, Scene from the Decameron, and A Venetian Courtship.
The latter painting has captured the attention of many people. It includes a bearded guy who must be the suitor, talking with a woman who was knitting. There was no clear conversation as to what they’re talking, so Varkey decided to put one. I swear, the twists he adds to these paintings are hilarious as heck.
