New year, old me
Every new year, we hear of people wanting to get in shape. They’ll start dieting for the first few weeks, purchase a gym membership, but upon running into the first obstacle, i.e., going back to work, they revert back to their old habits. And the weight loss industry is making a killing off of our inconsistencies.

People can be motivated at the gym, but as soon as they step foot out of the building, it’s right back to bad diets and irregular sleeping patterns. Returning customers who have put on more weight than they lost keep these businesses afloat. They’ll do everything in their power to help you lose weight, but they know you’re coming back a few months down the line.
